About Dhunzza

Dhunzza is a free, ambient radio built by Md Sohail. It started from a simple observation: a lot of people miss the specific feeling of an old radio playing in the background — in a shop, a workshop, a kitchen — not because they wanted to choose a song, but because it was just on, all day, playing music nobody had to think about.

Most music apps today are built around active choice: search, queue, skip. Dhunzza is built around the opposite idea — press play once, and a shuffled stream of the best songs keeps going, with language-specific playlists if you want a particular mood.
